Community Yoga- Beginners Welcome (New Time)
Have you always been scared to try yoga? Do you look at people in the pictures in their tight yoga pants doing all sorts of weird, complicated movements and think, “That will never be me.” Well don’t worry. That doesn’t have to be you for you to try yoga. Yoga is all about increasing flexibility and strength, and starting slow is the way to go. Christopher instructs afternoon yoga at the BSCL on Thursdays from 3:30-5pm. He makes sure that his classes are welcoming for beginners, and will let you develop yoga skills that work with where you’re at now. All you need to do is show up in comfy clothes, and have a positive mindset as you try something new. This is a no-judgement atmosphere where you can learn in comfort. The cost for a drop-in class for members is only $3– much more affordable than you’ll find other places.
